Welcome! Let’s get you started with Tracy AI

This page is meant to help you to get started with Tracy AI. You will find more information on how to set-up Tracy and other information that helps you to get the most out of it.

1. Choose your preferred Chat-platform where do you want to use Tracy AI

Tracy AI works in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Skype, and Facebook Messenger. See instructions below for each chat-channel:

Facebook Messenger:

Click here to initiate a conversation with Tracy in Facebook Messenger.

 

 

Skype:

Click here to add Tracy AI as a Skype contact.

 

 

Slack:

If your Slack-channel Admin has already added Tracy APP to your Slack, you can find Tracy from your Slack’s “Browse Apps” section. This can be found from the Slack sidebar by clicking the Plus-sign (+) next to the Apps tab.

After that, search for Tracy AI by typing it to the search box. Now you should be ready to initiate the chat with Tracy. Just send Tracy a message like “hey”, “Hello” or so and she will start chatting with you.

 

If you are a Slack-channel Admin and you are looking to add Tracy AI APP to your Slack, you need to add the Tracy AI APP from this link.

 

Microsoft Teams:

Currently you need to contact Tracy’s technical support to receive the instructions for Microsoft Teams. Contact us if you are supposed to be using Tracy via Microsoft Teams but have not yet received the instructions from us.

 

 

2. Start the conversation with Tracy

Activation code

You should have received your personal activation code which is used to recognize valid subscriptions. Tracy will ask for the code after a short generic introductory session. Make sure you have received your activation code. Don’t forget to check your email Spam-folder if you haven’t received it.

Daily sessions

After you have activated the subscription, Tracy will engage with you in daily coaching sessions on each weekday. Usually the coaching sessions take anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes per session. You can do multiple ones in one day too if you want. The more you use Tracy, the more you will get out of it.

Reports

Tracy produces reports that show a summary and details about your most recent activity with Tracy. The report shows your potential improvement areas and helps you to have more clarity and focus on your sales skill-set. Tracy needs data to build the report and it takes about 3 coaching sessions before you will get the first one. Tracy sends the report to you via the chat once a week.
