Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Tracy AI Ltd. (’Tracy’) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a ’User’) of the gettracy.ai websites, and Tracy AI chatbot on Tracy’s and third-party platforms (’Service’). This privacy policy applies to the Service and all products and services offered by Tracy Ltd. unless otherwise written in contracts and terms of those products and services in question.

Users of the Service and website visitors

Like most website operators, Tracy collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each User request. Tracy’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Tracy’s Users use its Site. From time to time, Tracy may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Site. Tracy also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Tracy does not use such information to identify its Users, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

When providing services, Tracy AI only processes personal information in accordance with the Terms and applicable laws. Tracy AI generally uses personal information from or about its Customers and Users (as defined in the Terms), (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Personal Information”) for the following purposes:

  • to create, establish and administer Customer’s account, to respond to Customer’s inquiries related to its account and to contact Customer about Tracy AI’s services or account-related matters;
  • to provide services, including to provide Customer and its Users with access and use of the Tracy AI Service and customer support;
  • to measure and analyze User behavior in order to, among others, monitor, maintain and improve Tracy AI’s services or features and to create new services or features;
  • to personalise or customise the experience when using the services;
  • to meet legal and regulatory requirements and to allow Tracy AI to meet contractual requirements relating to the services provided to Customer;
  • to conduct surveys on the quality of Tracy AI’s services or to collect feedback on the services; and
  • to provide Customer with offers for additional products and services that Tracy AI believes may be of interest to Customer.

Tracy AI may also use information provided by Customers and Users to create de-identified data aggregated for benchmarking or marketing purposes.

Unless required or authorized by law, Tracy AI will not use Customer Personal Information for any other or new purpose without obtaining prior consent.

By using Tracy’s Service through an third-party service, the third-party might collect information which is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain Users to Service choose to interact with Tracy in ways that require Tracy to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Tracy gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask Users who use our forums and/or some other services to provide a username and email address. In each case, Tracy collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the User’s interaction with Tracy. Tracy does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And Users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Service-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

Tracy may collect statistics about the behavior of Users to its Service. For instance, Tracy may reveal in aggregated statistics how Users interact with its Service, how many downloads a particular product version or other Tracy provided material got. However, Tracy does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Tracy discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Tracy’s behalf or to provide services available at Tracy’s Service, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Tracy’s Service, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Tracy will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Tracy discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Tracy believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Tracy, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered User of a Tracy Service and/or have otherwise supplied your email address to Tracy, Tracy may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Tracy and our products. We primarily use our blogs and website to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via our Service or a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other Users. Tracy takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a User’s computer, and that the User’s browser provides to the website each time the User returns. Tracy uses cookies to help Tracy identify and track Users, their usage of Tracy’s Site, and their Site’s access preferences. Tracy User who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Tracy’s Site, with the drawback that certain features of Tracy’s Site may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Business Transfers

If Tracy, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Tracy goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, User information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Tracy may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Ads

Ads appearing on any of our Service may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Tracy and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or other third parties.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Tracy may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Tracy’s sole discretion. Tracy encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Service or our website, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site or Service. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
